Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Btashni, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to sort it, quickly and fairly. Please read this policy before raising a request so we can help you faster.

1. RETURNS

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
  • The seal tag must be intact and untampered

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The brand tag or seal has been removed
  • The product shows signs of use, odour, staining, or damage caused by the customer
  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • The item is marked as a Final Sale, clearance, or promotional product at the time of purchase

Note: All product images on our website are enhanced during post-production. Slight color variation from the image is not a valid reason for return.

2. EXCHANGE

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Size mismatch (same product, different size)
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered (different color, size, or product)

Exchanges are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of style preference or color choice
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (Final Sale only)
  • Multiple exchange requests on the same order, only one exchange per order is allowed

Wrong item delivered? Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice. Btashni will arrange the pickup and send the correct item at no extra charge.

If the requested size is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will issue a store credit of equivalent value.

3. REFUND MODEL

Btashni does not process cash refunds.

Here's how it works:

  • Step 1: We will always try to resolve your concern through an exchange first.
  • Step 2: If exchange is not possible (size unavailable, product discontinued, or your preference), we will issue a Store Credit (promo code) of equivalent value.
  • Step 3: In exceptional cases where neither exchange nor store credit is suitable, you may request a full monetary refund, this will be reviewed and processed at Btashni's discretion, subject to product inspection.

Store Credit / Promo Code terms:

  • Non-transferable and single-use
  • Valid for 90 days from date of issue
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or extended beyond validity
  • Must be applied at checkout , no residual value carried forward

4. REVERSE PICKUP & SHIPPING

A flat reverse pickup fee of Rs100 will be charged for all approved returns and exchanges. This will be deducted from the credit note value or refund amount.

Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to our address (shared on approval). Self-shipment risks remain the customer's responsibility.

Reverse pickup availability is subject to your pin code. If pickup is unavailable in your area, we will notify you and share the return address.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at infobtashni@gmail.com or via our website.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery as per our return policy.

Refusing delivery will be treated as a return, and the refund/credit will be processed accordingly after inspection.

7. QUALITY ISSUES

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear, unedited photos and an unboxing video (if available).

Upon verification, Btashni will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by the customer after delivery.
