At Btashni, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to sort it, quickly and fairly. Please read this policy before raising a request so we can help you faster.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Note: All product images on our website are enhanced during post-production. Slight color variation from the image is not a valid reason for return.

Wrong item delivered? Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice. Btashni will arrange the pickup and send the correct item at no extra charge.
If the requested size is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will issue a store credit of equivalent value.
Btashni does not process cash refunds.
Here's how it works:

A flat reverse pickup fee of Rs100 will be charged for all approved returns and exchanges. This will be deducted from the credit note value or refund amount.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to our address (shared on approval). Self-shipment risks remain the customer's responsibility.
Reverse pickup availability is subject to your pin code. If pickup is unavailable in your area, we will notify you and share the return address.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at infobtashni@gmail.com or via our website.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery as per our return policy.
Refusing delivery will be treated as a return, and the refund/credit will be processed accordingly after inspection.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear, unedited photos and an unboxing video (if available).
Upon verification, Btashni will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by the customer after delivery.
